Late 2021, VAM was hired to get a brand new music academy off the ground. With the unbelievably gorgeous location and the primary investment sorted, Floor van der Holst was appointed Business Manager ten months before the Davidsbündler Music Academy opened its doors.

 

The Davidsbündler Music Academy is a new & refreshing classical music hub in a historic Art Nouveau house in the heart of The Hague, co-founded by Ukrainian pianist Anna Fedorova and American bassist Nicholas Schwartz. Students of all ages are welcome at the Davidsbündler Music Academy, although they believe the ages between 8 and 18 years are especially crucial for the in-depth musical education necessary for reaching the world's top stages. The Davidsbündler Music Academy prepares the most promising youth for what awaits them as concert artists, providing the highest quality of musical training, performing opportunities, side-by-side performances with professional musicians, regular masterclasses, presentations and Q+A sessions with eminent performers, artist managers, promoters, producers, and recording engineers. The Davidsbündler Music Academy also hosts intimate chamber music concerts, recitals and masterclasses at the Davidsbündler Music Academy's Salon.

After an incredibly(!) successful first season, Floor van der Holst decided that VAM Artists should start focusing only on PR & Artist Management. She subsequently terminated the collaboration with the Davidsbündlers late 2023, with much pride, support and love for the academy and its students!
