About VAM

Committed to Excellence

Vanderholst Arts Management (VAM, also referred to as VAM Artists) was founded on January 1st, 2022, by Floor van der Holst.

Floor van der Holst

Founder and General Manager

Having graduated from Musicology (University of Amsterdam) and having worked at a concert hall (Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, production / programming), a record label (Channel Classics Records, label management) and a DSP (NativeDSD Music, promotion / marketing / general management) over the past 15 years, Floor has received a great insight in an allround picture of the lives, struggles, wishes and accomplishments of musicians. She wants to put that wealth of experience into helping upcoming talents as well as established musicians further their careers and develop new routes.

Camilla Vickerage

UK Specialist, PR

A genuine love of music is what brought Camilla to work in the industry, although at an early age Camilla realised she was much better at listening to music than playing it. Starting in record shops as a teenager and progressing to working at Universal Music and finally working for an independent distributor of classical music has given her a well-rounded knowledge of the industry. Whilst in music distribution, Camilla was in charge of PR for a number of highly regarded classical labels and brought a methodical and personalised approach to her work. Camilla is well-connected, values the power of communication and is very much a people person.
